ARCunliffe (Pty) Ltd is a female owned company based in Cape Town that provides property and construction consulting services to a wide range of property industry stakeholders.

ARCunliffe’s core business is project management covering both new builds and major refurbishments. We provide different project management services to contractors, developers, project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, and property owners. The core of project management services is to ensure buildings are completed on time, in budget, and to the correct standard of quality.

ARCunliffe also has a vested interest in sustainable development. We provide green building consulting services to the property industry and project management services to the renewable energy industry. We are committed to helping our country achieve its climate agreement goals.

In the long term, ARCunliffe intends to become established as a property developer in our own right – further driving change by creating change.
